As recent addition to the Norfolk area, I have spent the past 2 years getting to know the city and region that I now call home. I love it and would love to share my enthusiasm with you! I am the first EcoBroker in the greater Hampton Roads area! I pursued this designation because I believe that environmental issues should and can be addressed positively in each real estate transaction. In addition to being an EcoBroker®, I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Prudential e-certified Realtor, and a Prudential Military Specialist. I have assisted buyers in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Franklin!
Plus, I am a graduate of the University of Delaware's Executive MBA program, have achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from Project Management Institute, and am dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest real estate education and trends.
As a Board Member of Friends of Norfolk's Environment and a member of the Virginia Sustainable Building Network, I am actively working to increase the awareness, use, and understanding of the impact of our homes and buildings on the environment and their impact on us... as residents. My environmental experience includes previous work in Maryland as a yard waste recycling coordinator and in Washington, DC as a project manager for a solar energy association.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, photography, kayaking on the area waterways, and staying involved with environmental programs and organizations.
